Transparency-first community housing

It Takes a Village.

We are building a community where housing is a human right — capped at 30% of household income, including rent, utilities, and internet. No speculation. No hidden fees. No hype.

Currently in the Feasibility and Planning Phase. We only accept funds after milestones are legally approved.

The 99 Homes

One village. Three neighbors we often keep apart.

Our Intended Pilot Structure is 99 homes, split evenly across three groups. This is our goal — final numbers depend on planning approval and community input.

33 homes for Families

Space for children to grow up alongside neighbors they know by name.

33 homes for Seniors

Aging in place with dignity, connection, and support close at hand.

33 homes for Neurodivergent adults

Sensory-considered, independent living within a supportive village.

99 total homes in the pilot — labeled as intent, not a guarantee. We will publish every change to this plan openly.
